As founding principal of SYV Wealth Advisors, Bruce is credited with helping clients simplify the financial planning process. Bruce’s loyal clients include everyday hardworking individuals, small business owners, foundations and non profits, as well as families looking to expand and preserve their nest egg.

Bruce’s impact on our community has been far-reaching, including his service as past President of the Santa Ynez Valley Union High School Board, member and past Chairman of the Santa Ynez Valley Youth Coalition, past Chairman of the Cachuma District Boy Scouts of America, past Chairman of the Santa Barbara County Chapter of the Red Cross, Vice Commander of the Santa Ynez Valley Post, American Legion and Past President of the Solvang Club Rotary International. Along with graduating from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point and earning two Master of Science degrees from Stanford University, Bruce proudly served 25 years in the United States Army, retiring as Colonel in 2001. He then spent over 15 years at Edward Jones before founding SYV Wealth Advisors in 2017 to better serve his client base with deeper relationships and expanded investment offerings. Bruce is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
